Violeta Jovanovic

Violeta Jovanovic is the Executive Director at NALED, an organization dedicated to improving the business environment in Serbia, a position held since July 2007. With a background in English language and literature from the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad, Violeta has cultivated expertise in local economic and rural development, contributing to over 10 million dollars in USAID programs focused on economic recovery and entrepreneurship. As the founder and president of the Ethno Network, Violeta actively promotes Serbia's traditional heritage and develops employment programs for women in rural communities. Violeta has also played a significant role as a consultant, speaker, and advocate for women's entrepreneurship and leadership both domestically and internationally.
