Software Engineer at ALSTOM at NALYS

Alberto I. has a diverse work experience in software engineering and IT customer support. Alberto began their career in 2014 as an intern at Biokit, where they managed inventory and scheduled maintenance. In 2015, they worked as an IT Customer Consultant at Fujitsu, providing technical support to customers. Alberto then joined Alstom, where they worked as a Train Control Engineer Trainee and later as a Control Engineer & Software Design Engineer, responsible for developing software for subway systems. Alberto also worked at ROLEN Technologies & Products as a Software Development Lead and Software & System Engineer, designing and programming embedded software. Alberto then joined ADASOFT as a Software Engineer, where they configured MES and programmed applications. Most recently, they worked at Sener Aerospace & Defense as a Software Engineer, developing testing software for satellites. Alberto is currently working as a Software Engineer at ALSTOM, where they are involved in the development of a maintenance tool for EVC3 in ETCS.

Alberto I. began their education in 2009 at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Products and Systems Designing. Alberto completed their studies in this field in 2015. In 2014, Alberto participated in the Erasmus+ Programme at Lodz University of Technology, focusing on Industrial Engineering. One year later, they enrolled in Universidad de Alcalá, where they obtained a Master's degree in Professional Development 4.0 with a specialization in Business & Administration, which they completed in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Alberto has also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received a certificate from Seis Cocos for completing the course "Introducción a la creación de Videojuegos con Unity3D (Versión 5.0)." Alberto also holds the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge, which they obtained in 2014.

More recently, Alberto has pursued further certifications in programming and computer science. Alberto completed "The Polish Course Certificate" at the Language Centre Lodz University of Technology in 2015. In 2019, Alberto obtained the "Certificat de nivell Bàsic (A2) del idioma àrab" from Escola Oficial d'Idiomes (Drassanes Barcelona). In 2020, they completed the following courses: "The Python Mega Course" (Udemy), "Learn C++ Programming by Making Games" (Udemy), "AP®/College Computer Science Principles" (Khan Academy), "Beginning C++ Programming, from Beginner to Beyond" (Udemy), and "C++" (TestDome).
