Hermannus Lokken began a career in the marine engineering field at Van Oord Marine ACZ, starting as a trainee in June 1997 and progressing to the position of 2nd marine engineer by May 2006. Following this, Hermannus joined Fabricom Offshore Services under the GDF SUEZ GROUP in May 2006 as a Senior Mechanic, focusing on the maintenance and repair of mechanical machines, valves, actuators, and cranes, while also utilizing the SAP maintenance program for notifications and work order management. In October 2025, Hermannus transitioned to NAM BV Assen, taking on the role of Senior Operator Technician.
