Johan Sanders has extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as Voorzitter/chair of the Working Group Chemicals and as a member of various taskforces at Element NL since July 2013. At NAM BV Assen since August 2006, Johan leads the Chemical Information and Well Fluids Management team, overseeing key aspects of drilling fluids and cementing activities across NAM and the Southern North Sea. Previous roles include Team Lead for Chemicals Management and Production Chemist, where Johan contributed to product stewardship and chemical applications in gas production. Additional experience includes positions at CKC Drenthe, Nedmag Industries, AkzoNobel, and Honeywell, complemented by educational qualifications in Chemical Engineering and related fields from Hanze and NHL Hogeschool.
