Elsayed Rashed

Elsayed Rashed serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Namaa World since January 2025, focusing on innovative technology strategies that enhance capabilities in AI, Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and Cloud Computing to support Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives. Rashed additionally holds roles as a Subject Matter Expert - Industry Advisor at Coleman Research, and an AI/ML Course Designer at Simplilearn. Previously, Rashed was the Director of Technology for Publicis Sapient in the MENA region, leading technology engagements for Fortune 500 companies. Other notable experiences include Head of Data Engineering & AI at the Saudi Center for Opinion Polling, Associate Vice President at Network International, and multiple leadership positions at DTCC, Deloitte Consulting, Capgemini, and Firstmac Limited. Rashed is pursuing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence at RMIT University and holds multiple degrees from Missouri University of Science and Technology and Alexandria University.
