Namat Beirut began as a simple wellness studio concept, envisioned as a sanctuary in the heart of the city where time could slow down and wellness was accessible to all. Over the years, it has evolved into a comprehensive wellness and lifestyle brand, deeply rooted in the vibrant culture of Beirut. From its origins as a wellness studio offering fitness and mindfulness classes, Namat has expanded into a multifaceted platform that includes Namat Kids, Namat Retreats, and Namat Lifestyle, each catering to different aspects of holistic well-being. Today, Namat Beirut stands as a beacon of resilience and community, offering a diverse range of services and products that promote physical, mental, and emotional health, both in its physical locations and through its digital arm, Namat Live. This evolution reflects Namat’s commitment to nurturing a healthier, more mindful lifestyle, both within Beirut and beyond.
