Anna Quirk

Anna Quirk has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Anna currently serves as the People Director at Namecheap, Inc, where they lead the Global Talent business function and oversees talent acquisition, learning and development, HR operations, and strategic organizational development. In addition, they also worked as the Interim Head of Internal Communications at Namecheap, where they were responsible for delivering transparent and consistent information to facilitate cultural alignment and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to their role at Namecheap, Anna worked as a Principal at Fulcrum Consulting, where they offered services in people strategy, individual and team effectiveness, and culture and engagement. Anna also worked as an Organizational Resilience Advisor at The KonTerra Group, providing coaching and resilience services to USAID Bureaus and Missions.

Anna has also held roles as an Associate Partner at Talengin, Director of Global Organizational Development at ChildFund International, Program Associate for Strategic Initiatives at Christian Children's Fund, and Founder and Executive Director of IPSE, Inc. Additionally, they have worked as an Independent Consultant in strategic planning and assessment.

Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated expertise in various areas, including talent management, internal communications, organizational development, leadership development, and program implementation.

Anna Quirk obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Denison University, graduating in 1992. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and International Leadership Studies at the University of San Francisco from 1999 to 2000. Continuing their education, Anna completed their Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership and International Leadership Studies at the University of San Francisco from 2000 to 2002.
