Erna Motinga

Erna Motinga holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics and an MBA, alongside several leadership and coaching certifications. Currently serving as the General Manager for Research, Policy and Statistics at NAMFISA, Erna has extensive experience in economic analysis and financial supervision. Positions include Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Prudential Supervision at NAMFISA and Deputy Chairperson at both the Namibia Industrial Development Agency and Roads Authority of Namibia. Previous experience includes roles as an Investment Analyst at Allan Gray Namibia and an Economist at Bank of Namibia, specializing in statistical analysis and economic research. Erna's educational background includes degrees from renowned institutions such as the University of Namibia, London School of Economics, and Stellenbosch Business School.
