Se-Hsieng also has extensive experience at Vodafone Business, where they held multiple roles including Head of Internet of Things (IoT) - Global Enterprise Sales Transformation, Head of IoT Northern Europe, Global Client Partner, and Pricing Team Leader for Asia & Africa. During their tenure at Vodafone, they developed sales strategies, managed large accounts, and led teams to drive growth in enterprise mobility.

Before joining Vodafone, Se-Hsieng worked as Deputy Director (Investment Portfolio Management) at Singtel, where they led a team responsible for managing SingTel's joint venture investment in Pakistan. They also worked as the Head of Cost Control (Networks) at Globe Telecom on an international assignment from SingTel.
