Nami is part of the world of Bernardus Golf & Wine. A place where rhythm and experience come together, where everything remains in motion.
Nami, Japanese for wave, reflects a movement that builds, carries, and releases. That cadence is felt in the surroundings, in the energy of the location, and in the way everything comes together at the table.
Under the guidance of Executive Head Chef Tom Schoonus, the kitchen moves toward a Nikkei direction. Japanese precision in dialogue with South American influences. Focused, layered, and balanced. The foundation and the level that have been established here remain leading in everything that is served.
Nami is not a place you capture in words. You step inside and understand. Within Bernardus, it forms a natural part of a total experience where hospitality and gastronomy flow seamlessly into one another.
