Dalila Gittens, MD, MPH, is a Senior Program Manager at NAMI, where they design, implement, and evaluate mental health programs for underserved populations. With a foundation in public health and extensive experience in healthcare settings, such as Health Leads and Ryan/Chelsea-Clinton Community Health Center, they have worked tirelessly to address health disparities. Dalila's previous roles include Family Medicine Resident Physician and Research Associate, where they focused on culturally competent care and equitable data sharing practices. They hold a Doctor of Medicine from The George Washington University and a Master of Public Health, also from The George Washington University.
