Frank Scott Sr. is the President of the Whitely Community Council, a position held since 2015. In addition to this role, they serve as an Executive Board Member for the Greater Muncie Chamber of Commerce and are on the Board of Directors for NAMI. Frank is also a member of the Regional Advisory Board for Northwest Bank since 2023. They are currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Human Services at Ivy Tech Community College.
