Jaydan Norris, MPA, currently serves as a Mental Health Associate at UK HealthCare since April 2025 and also holds a position as an Associate at Sutherland & Associates. Previously, Jaydan was a Classroom Teacher at Garrard County High School from February 2021 to July 2022. Following this, Jaydan worked with Garrard County Emergency Management as Director of Emergency Management and CSEPP Director from July 2022 to March 2023. Additionally, Jaydan briefly held the role of Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Lexington Chapter of NAMI in July 2025 and served as Executive Director for the Kentucky Chapter. Jaydan is an alumnus of Eastern Kentucky University.
