Jeff Fladen

Jeff Fladen, MSW, is a member of the NAMI Board of Directors and an Executive Director at NAMI Tennessee in Nashville. He is also a member-at-large at NAMI Davidson.

He found NAMI while pursuing social work (and having a family member with mental illness). He hopes to further NAMI’s mission by strengthening the integration of the field with the national office and board.

Jeff is active with the Crisis Intervention Team and Co-Response expansion as well as numerous mental health task forces and committees in his home state of Tennessee. He has presented at mental health-related conferences, webinars, and other broadcasts.

He is a recipient of the Vicki Catrell award as well as received the NAMI ED Group Vicki Cottrell Peer Excellence Award in 2018.

Jeff earned his MSW at the Ohio State University.

For the 2021–2022 Board term, he serves on the Finance & Audit and Quality Assurance Committee.
