Karsten Scherer

Karsten Scherer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analyst relations, business operations, and strategic consultancy. As Co-Founder of Forge & Refine since February 2019, Scherer focuses on enhancing ideas and effective communication through consulting services. In addition, Scherer serves as an Executive Board Member for NAMI, emphasizing community outreach and corporate HR engagement since December 2021. Prior roles include Global Influencer Relations Lead and Global Analyst Relations Lead at TEKsystems, where significant programs were developed to enhance analyst coverage and integrate relations functions. Scherer has also contributed to the Institute of Industry Analyst Relations as a Board of Directors member and maintained operational continuity as Director at Panoratio Database Images, Inc. Educational background includes a BA in Political Science & International Relations from Swarthmore College and an Abitur from Deutsche Schule Washington.
