Laura Dines

Laura Dines is a thoughtful and strategic learning experience designer currently serving as the National Director of Learning Design at NAMI, where they develop innovative strategies for national education programs. Previously, they held leadership roles at institutions such as TED Conferences, where they launched nine courses in 18 months, and ICF International, where they managed large teams to create diverse learning solutions. With a background in education and instructional design, Laura has collaborated with notable organizations like PBS and National Geographic, and has built teams for various educational initiatives. Laura earned a B.A. in History from Bates College and an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from George Mason University.
