Laura Lefever is currently the Director of Community Partnerships and Projects at The Children's Center of Wayne County. With a background in case management and enrichment services, Laura previously served as the Director of Head Start Academy from 2012 to 2017, focusing on quality education for children ages 3-5. Laura also holds the position of Board President at NAMI Detroit, advocating for mental health awareness. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and Criminal Justice at Wayne State University.
