Meg Delp, PsyD LMFT, is an organizational psychologist and licensed therapist dedicated to fostering mentally healthy workplaces. With extensive experience in mental health strategy and organizational development, Meg currently directs NAMI’s national StigmaFree Workplace initiative, collaborating with Fortune 500 companies to enhance employee well-being. Previously, Meg served as a Corporate Mental Health Educator and a Marriage and Family Therapist, focusing on burnout management and trauma-informed leadership. Meg holds a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University and is working toward a Doctor of Psychology in Human and Organizational Psychology.
