Nikki Rashes

Nikki Rashes is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in education and program management. They have extensive experience in various roles, including as the Director of National Education Programs at NAMI since 2025, and previously as the Outreach and Volunteer Manager at NAMI Metro Suburban. Nikki also worked as a Religious School Teacher at Temple Beth Emeth and Temple Israel Religious School, where they created lesson plans and evaluated students. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from North Central College.
