Shannon Scully is the Director of Justice Policy & Initiatives, bringing a wealth of experience from various roles in the justice sector. Previously, Shannon served as a Senior Manager of Criminal Justice Policy at NAMI and held positions at the Vera Institute of Justice, Catholic Charities USA, and the National Immigrant Justice Center. Shannon started their career as a Court Advocate at YWCA Evanston/North Shore and transitioned to a Paralegal in the Detention Project. Currently, Shannon is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at the College of Saint Benedict and a Master's degree at American University.
