Shea Ward

Shea Ward is an experienced healthcare and non-profit leader with a robust management background. They have held key leadership positions including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Director, demonstrating expertise in developing strategic plans and managing large budgets. Shea founded Ward Management and Consulting, LLC, and served as the Director of Business Development at UHS, among other roles. Currently, they are the Senior Manager of Field Capacity Building at NAMI and pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Wyoming. Throughout their career, Shea has been recognized for exemplary performance and has built strong professional relationships within the healthcare industry.
