Koster Cronje possesses extensive experience in security and operations management, currently serving as a Security Supervisor at Namibia Breweries Ltd since April 2022 and as Operations Manager at G4S Swakopmund since February 2019. Previously, Koster was self-employed from 2016 to May 2022 as an Owner and held roles at Langer Heinrich Mine from August 2009 to December 2016, including Safety Training Coordinator and Plant Protection Supervisor. Koster also served as Shift Supervisor at Namibia Custom Smelters from May 1995 to July 2009, leading teams in the production of copper matte. Koster holds a Training and Development Management Certificate in Workforce Development and Training from the University of Cape Town.
