Zenobia Beukes is currently the Change and Communication Lead at Namibia Breweries Ltd, a position held since 2025. Previously, Zenobia served as the Group Change Enablement Manager at Nedbank Namibia from 2023 to 2025 and worked as the Group Change Lead at Capricorn Group Limited from 2016 to 2024.
