The Namibia Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) is a state owned enterprise established in line with the Namibian Civil Aviation Act, Act 6 of 2016, and functions autonomously under a Board of Directors, appointed by the Minister of Works and Transport in his capacity as the portfolio Minister.

The NCAA is a Regulatory and Air Traffic Services organization and was formerly know as the DCA (Directorate of Civil Aviation).

To ensure a safe, orderly, regular and efficient civil aviation system, the NCAA performs the following functions:
