Benedictus Mingeli

Benedictus Mingeli is a professional electrical engineer with a diverse background in power generation and mining operations. They served as the Ruacana Power Station Manager at Nampower from 2012 to 2016, overseeing operations and maintenance of the hydropower facility. Prior to that, they held various roles at Rio Tinto Rossing Mine, including Superintendent Mine Electrical and Graduate Electrical Engineer, where they focused on asset management, project management, and electrical safety standards. Benedictus completed a Master of Commerce in Development Finance at the University of Cape Town and holds an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch Business School, alongside a B.Sc.(Hons) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
