David Dumeni

David Dumeni is a skilled Business Application Specialist at NamPower since March 2023, with extensive experience in IT Project Engineering and Management, having served at Telecom Namibia from 2011 to July 2023. During this period, David held multiple roles, including IT Project Engineer/Manager for Business Systems & Applications and Information Technology System Engineer, focusing on business applications project management, contract management, solutions design, and user training across various systems such as SAP, POS, and BPM. Before Telecom Namibia, David worked as an SAP Systems Consultant at TNHL from 2005 to 2011 and as a System Analyst at COW in 2004-2005. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computing, both obtained from the Polytechnic of Namibia between 2005 and 2007.
