Leandro Kapolo

Leandro Kapolo is an experienced executive in the energy sector, currently serving as the Executive of Transmission at NamPower since September 2017. In this role, Leandro oversees all divisions within the Transmission Business Unit, including Engineering Services, Network Operations, System Security and Planning, and Wires Business. Prior experience includes Senior Manager roles in Engineering Services and Generation, where responsibilities encompassed major maintenance, modernization of electrical systems, and project management for transmission and generation assets. Leandro's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science in Technology Management, and a recent Executive Development Program from Stellenbosch Business School.
