Joni Pilgrim

Joni Pilgrim is a dynamic leader in the mortgage finance industry, serving as Co-Founder of RISE, Women in Mortgage since February 2023, where the mission focuses on empowering women through intentional opportunities. As the Chief Executive Officer of Nationwide Appraisal Network since January 2008, Joni emphasizes continuing education and development for team members, lender clients, and appraiser partners. Joni has a diverse background, having held various leadership roles at Trio Title Group, including Chief Operations Officer and Chief Business Development Officer, and previously worked as a manager at Longhorn Steakhouse. Joni earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from UCF College of Business between 1996 and 2000.
