Miles Dixon

Miles Dixon has had a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Miles began their career at Chase, where they worked in various positions within the Consumer and Community Banking division. At Chase, Miles served as a Senior Analyst in Client List Screening and later as an Analyst in NPL Transaction Management. In these roles, they focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and report generation. Miles also conducted interviews with senior leadership to gain insight into effective management methods.

In 2021, Miles joined NAN (Nationwide Appraisal Network) as a Product and Integrations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for implementing business-to-business integrations, managing QA efforts, and collaborating with NAN partners to improve technical workflow efficiencies. Miles then transitioned to the position of Director of Product Development, where they led internal development teams to create and scale web-based applications, particularly focusing on feature enhancements and integration projects for both internal and external clients.
