Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities do not have adequate access to safe and affordable housing, making it extremely difficult for them to become part of the community and live their lives to the fullest. These individuals are often forced into facilities or housing that are run down and mismanaged. Nancy's Place aims to create healthy homes where these extraordinary people can live independently and not have to worry about neglected  living conditions. We want to raise the bar for affordable housing not only by providing exceptional homes to our clients but also by advocating for public policy that upholds the standard of living we ALL deserve.
