Mark Frackt is a seasoned finance executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Nanit, where they focus on enhancing the journey of parenting through innovative technology. Previously, Mark played a pivotal role at BuzzFeed as the inaugural Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, overseeing a 60-person finance team and contributing to raising approximately $500 million in growth equity. Mark also held strategic finance positions at companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Sirius Satellite Radio, and Peek Inc., and was a Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. They are a graduate of Syracuse University with a BS in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant in New York. Currently, Mark co-chairs the Big Climb NJ for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and advises Rookie Road, Inc.
