At Nano-Lit Technologies, we are revolutionizing indoor lighting by creating evidence-based systems that replicate the benefits of natural sunlight. Our tunable, full-spectrum circadian rhythm lighting solutions are designed to realign your biological rhythms, enhancing health, well-being, and performance.

Our journey began in 2013, and since then, we’ve achieved significant milestones:
2014: Secured a two-year €800K project with AkzoNobel and closed a £0.2M pre-seed funding round.
2015: Developed our first quantum dot prototype for Mercedes at our Amsterdam studio.
2016: Launched a pilot project with the City of Vancouver, leading to an installation at Vancouver City Hall in 2017.
2019: Achieved $0.5M in sales to clients including CBRE, RBC, and BC Hydro. The International Well Building Institute used Nano-Lit technology to set the WELL v2 lighting standard, also used by LEED.
2020: Illuminating Engineering Society recognition for circadian lighting algorithms.
2021-2022: Established a Research Consortium with members from Northwestern, Weill-Cornell, and Stanford.
2023: Launched the Artemis circadian lighting solution via a successful Kickstarter campaign, aiming to optimize sleep and well-being through quantum dot technology.
2024: Featured at the International Aeronautics Congress in Milan, showcasing the application of our circadian lighting solutions in aerospace environments.

These accomplishments underscore our commitment to advancing health and well-being through innovative lighting solutions.

As a corporate member of the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) since 2017, we are committed to advancing the science and art of light and lighting.

As we step into 2025, Nano-Lit remains committed to pioneering advancements in circadian rhythm lighting, aiming to enhance health and well-being through innovative lighting solutions.
