David Tran

David Tran currently serves as In-House Counsel at Vui App by Nano Technologies since October 2023 and has been a Project Administrator in a legal internship group since January 2023. Prior to these roles, David Tran was a Junior Associate at PLF LAW FIRM from October 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included researching, preparing service proposals, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance for various corporate and investment matters. David Tran's earlier experience as a Paralegal at Tri Minh Law Firm involved assisting lawyers and managing enterprise registration processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and a range of certifications in pedagogy and business administration.
