Ashik Qureshi

Ashik Qureshi has a wealth of experience in the field of operations management. Ashik began their career in 2018 at TELUS International, where they held the roles of Operations Manager, Community Manager, and Quality Analyst Team Lead. In their role as Operations Manager, they were responsible for analyzing and improving business processes and operations, developing both to maximize customer satisfaction and support business growth in services. Ashik increased productivity, analyzed processes, removed bottlenecks, and delivered higher quality standards. Ashik also refined processes to deliver operational efficiency and a competitive advantage for the business, while also increasing value for customers. In 2021, they moved to Nanonets, where they currently serve as Delivery Lead.

Ashik Qureshi completed their Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree from Tumkur University between 2013 and 2016. Ashik then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from NMIMS Global between 2021 and 2023. In addition, they have obtained four certifications in 2020, including Become a Supply Chain Manager from LinkedIn, Lean Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn, Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization from Coursera, and AI For Everyone from Coursera.
