Jose Estudillo

Jose Estudillo is currently a Service Engineer at Nanoscience Instruments. Prior to that, they were a Customs Trade Specialist at FedEx Logistics from October 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they were an Accounts Payable Clerk at US Foods from July 2017 to August 2020. In their role as an Accounts Payable Clerk, they were responsible for reconciling vendor invoices to the USFS purchase orders accurately, initiating all payments for finished goods, freight, intercompany, expenses, and assisting district Procurement personnel with problems or questions. Jose also assisted district Finance personnel on expense indexing issues, including deductions, and audited expense reports for accuracy and verified documentation attached was sufficient. Additionally, they assisted in improving productivity by identifying problem vendors, procurement and/or receiving situations. Jose reviewed and coded expense invoices verifying coding agrees with the standardized coding to ensure consistency for g/l accounts, processed payment uploads, and processed check requests timely and accurately after verifying all documentation is included and coding is accurate. Jose also worked on projects as assigned by supervisor/manager, did general invoice data entry, sorted and prepped mail for the scanning process, and scanned invoices, W9’s, and FileNet documents as necessary.

Jose Estudillo's educational career consists of a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, an Associate of Arts in Mathematics from Arizona Western College, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Accounting from Arizona Western College.
