We design nanostructured Scalable Devices (nSDs) — embedded interface devices that remove performance limits inside real systems.

As advanced technologies scale, constraints shift from the core to the interface layer: where heat, current, reactions, and signals bottleneck system performance. nSWX engineers those interfaces.

Our nSD devices embed directly into existing architectures and manufacturing flows. They are licensed as infrastructure and designed to scale with partner systems. We don’t replace partner technology. We make it work better.

Current focus areas include:
	•	advanced chip packaging (interposers and RDLs)
	•	electrochemical interfaces for hydrogen systems
	•	sensing interfaces for field-deployed diagnostics

We work with industry, system integrators, and public-sector partners to pilot, validate, and deploy interface devices that unlock step-changes in performance, reliability, and cost.
