GENVIP group (Genetics, Vaccines, Infectious Diseases and Pediatrics research Group) bets on the most innovative technologies focused on the biomarkers study in different fields of biomedicine and basic research. This is the reason why we have in our laboratories the Nanostring nCounter® analysis system, which can directly analyse hundreds of mRNAs, miRNAs, SNV, CNV or proteins through a molecular digital measurement in a single tube and in absence of any enzymatic reaction (no amplification or retro-transcription is needed). From our laboratories we are able to provide support and advice on the experimental design and with the protocol itself (from scratch or even in an on-going study), we provide technical consultancy service (tailored-made) for your project, also, we run the experimental work your project or research activity needs, either in clinical field or other areas, and last but not least, we perform full analysis and genetic sequencing results interpretation (DNA, RNA, miRNA), our reports of results are delivered to our customer in a simple format and in an understandable language, being this one of the key attributes and value added of our service; our scientists and bioinformatics experts analyze, study and interpret the result of any complex “-omic” study in a way that raw data is easily analyzed and understood for clinical  research professionals.
