NANOTECH DEFENCE is a limited liability company, with Romanian integral capital, who acquired legal personality on 09.01.2017, with the main activity of CAEN 461 - Brokerage activities in wholesale trade, subclass CAEN 4618 - Brokers in specialized trade in the sale of products of a specific character.
NANOTECH DEFENCE obtains on 12.01.2018, the authorization with no. N11-188 issued by the Department for Export Control (ANCEX) for the specific activities:
- brokerage regarding the negotiation or organization of transactions involving the export, import or transfer of military goods from a third country to another third country;
- brokerage regarding the negotiation or organization of transactions involving the taking out or bringing in military goods from or into Romania.
