Eric Tevault

Eric Tevault is the VP of Advanced Materials at Nanowear. Eric has over fifteen years of experience in supply chain management and operations.

Previously, they were the Senior Manager of Materials and Planning at Rollease Acmeda from January 2020 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team that directed plant material and capacity planning for 15 manufacturing sites. Eric also implemented S&OP processes, inventory optimization, material and demand planning, supply planning, and financial analysis.

Before that, Eric was the Senior Manager of Supply Chain at Tempur Sealy International from January 2010 to December 2020. In this role, they oversaw a team responsible for plant material and capacity planning for all of Sealy manufacturing in North America. Eric also initiated new product introduction processes with an entire network of cross functional teams including sales, marketing, sourcing, suppliers, logistics, manufacturing, fleet operations, and finance. Under their leadership, the team realized a 30% reduction in raw material inventory while maintaining service levels to critical customers.

Prior to Tempur Sealy, Eric was the Logistics Operations Manager - Verizon Reverse Central Planning at New Breed Logistics from January 2008 to December 2010. In this role, they were responsible for managing Verizon's reverse logistics operation which handled over 2 million returns per year.

Eric began their career as the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Transformation at Hanesbrands, Inc. from January 2005 to December 2007. In this role, they led a supply chain transformation initiative that improved customer service levels by 10%.

Eric Tevault has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a B ME from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Eric Tevault reports to Venk Varadan, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Kimberly Pucher - VP, Operations & Finance, John Zimmerman - Chief Medical Officer, and Vijay Varadan - Co-Founder, Inventor & Chief Innovation Officer.
