Stephanie Lee

Stephanie Lee has extensive work experience in various roles, spanning from copywriting and brand executive positions to teaching and coaching roles. Stephanie currently serves as the Director of People Experience at Nansen, where they are responsible for creating a people-centric, remote-first employee experience. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of People Experience at Nansen, focusing on building a remote-first, culture-driven experience infrastructure. Stephanie also has experience as a Certified Executive Coach and served as a Remote Lead at cargo.one. Stephanie previously worked at Buffer as a Team Experience Manager, where they focused on refining remote operational processes and toolkit, internal security, and planning company retreats. Stephanie has also worked as a Project Work Teacher-Mentor and Philosophy Teacher at Raffles Institution, an Events Assistant (Intern) at VMSD - Visual Merchandising & Space Design, a Copywriter (Intern) at Ogilvy, and a Brand Executive/Copywriter at Rita Haque Consultancy Pte Ltd. Stephanie started their career as a Copywriter (Freelance) at Active8 and as a Copywriter (Intern) at Mediacorp Radio.

Stephanie Lee has a diverse education history. Stephanie began their academic journey by obtaining a Diploma in Mass Communication from Ngee Ann Polytechnic from 2002 to 2005. Stephanie then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the National University of Singapore, which they completed from 2005 to 2008.

Stephanie further enhanced their educational qualifications by earning a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from the National University of Singapore in 2009 and 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Stephanie has also obtained various certifications. Stephanie became a certified coach practitioner through the Collective Change Institute in 2020 and received an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in 2021. Stephanie has also obtained certifications in Mercer's International Position Evaluation (IPE) Methodology from Mercer, in PEOPLE ANALYTICS: TRANSFORMING HR STRATEGY WITH DATA SCIENCE from Emeritus, and in the Kauffman FastTrac TechVenture Program from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Furthermore, they acquired a Graduate Certificate in Continued Educational Development and Gifted, Creative, and Talented Education from Purdue University.

Stephanie's commitment to continuous learning is evident through their active involvement with the International Coaching Federation, as indicated by their membership badge obtained in 2021.
