Nantucket Atheneum is Nantucket's free public library housed in a historic 1847 building and part of the CLAMS network of Cape Cod libraries offering over 1.4 million books, CDs and DVDs, and programs for all ages. We are open year-round, 6 days a week, and offer a warm and welcoming place for all community members to gather and connect.
