Erick Flores

Erick Flores currently serves as a Training Coordinator at NAOS, where responsibilities include collaborating across interdisciplinary areas to standardize product communication and conducting internal and external training sessions on dermopharmaceutical products. Previously, as a Customer Service & Training Analyst at Maderma, Erick provided training to external clients, enhancing their understanding and proper use of dermatological products. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Analyst role at CADEBRY, where recruitment and selection processes were managed, and a Research Assistant position at the Instituto Nacional de Geriatría, focusing on program development for older adults. Additionally, Erick has training experience in neuropsychological assessments at the Instituto Nacional de Neurología y Neurocirugía. Erick holds a Master’s degree in Psychopathology and Justice System from INACIPE and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad del Pedregal.
