Mathieu CASTEL is a skilled finance professional with extensive experience in management control and auditing. Currently serving as the Business Intelligence Controller at NAOS since April 2021, Mathieu oversees Power BI operations, ensures the consistency of industrial financial data, optimizes KPIs, and builds reports while also managing investment budgets and training team interns. Previously, Mathieu held roles at PLANET FITNESS GROUP as a Management Control Trainee, at Mazars as a Financial Auditor for major accounts, and at In Extenso as a Financial Auditor for SMEs and large enterprises. Education includes a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Audit from iaelyon School of Management, along with relevant certifications in accounting and management.
