Thomas Yip

Thomas Yip is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the design and operational software solutions across various industries, including marine, oil, gas, and petrochemicals. Currently serving as Area Director at NAPA since 2012, Thomas has a proven track record in regional management and software integration. Prior roles include Director of Sales for Asia Pacific at Energy Solutions International, where Thomas oversaw software solutions for complex supply chain management, and Vice President at AVEVA Pte Ltd, focusing on engineering IT solutions across multiple regions in Asia. Thomas began a career in engineering design at IHI Marine Engineering Singapore and Keppel Singmarine, further developing expertise in CAD/CAM/CAE software at ACA Pacific Technology and CAD-IT Consultants. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from Curtin University of Technology and additional training from the Management Development Institute of Singapore and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
