Kyle Harrington

Kyle Harrington is a Staff Machine Learning Research Scientist at Biohub, focusing on building foundation models for biological imaging. Previously, Kyle served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Idaho, where they founded the Computational And Physical Systems group and contributed to various projects in bioimaging and computational biology. They held visiting professor positions at institutions such as the University of Toulouse and the Center for Systems Biology Dresden. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Brandeis University, Kyle has also worked with the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, leading efforts in AI imaging and machine learning.
