Morten Klitgaard

Morten Klitgaard serves as the R&D Manager at FOM Technologies since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in hardware electronics and engineering management. Previously, Morten held the position of Hardware Electronics Manager at Oticon, overseeing a team of 8-12 skilled professionals while managing project reviews and monitoring. Morten's career includes roles as HW Engineering Manager at Cobham SATCOM, where responsibilities extended to project management of maritime satellite communication systems, and as HW Team Lead for design and verification in aeronautical products. Previous positions include leading hardware development for Bluetooth headsets at EPOS (Sennheiser Communications) and Broadcom, as well as engineering roles at GN Netcom A/S and LK - Schneider Electric. Morten's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DTU and management training through EGN Network with Harvard.
