Cecil Mathews

Cecil Mathews,M.D. is a Corporate Medical Director and Corporate Infectious Disease Specialist at NaphCare, Inc., where Cecil oversees Medical Clinics at correctional facilities in the Eastern half of the U.S. Cecil also serves as an Attending Physician in Infectious Diseases, providing hospital consultations and private practice services. Cecil has a strong background in HIV care and Hepatitis therapy. Additionally, Cecil has experience as a Medical Director at Middlesex County Department of Corrections, a member of the Knowledge Management Committee at JFK Health System, and a Director of Occupational Health Services at Cathedral Healthcare System. Cecil completed their Fellowship in Infectious Diseases at St. Michael's Medical Center and their Residency in Internal Medicine at Seton Hall University.
