Kelli Cole

Kelli Cole is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Finance Manager at NaphCare, Inc. since March 2022, where previous roles included Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to NaphCare, Kelli worked at ServisFirst Bank from October 2018 to March 2022 in various capacities, including Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Assistant, having begun the career as a Vault Teller. Kelli's earlier experience includes administrative roles at Cole's Insurance and Heflin Housing Authority. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University, earned between 2015 and 2020, and an Alabama High School Diploma with Advanced Academic Endorsement with Honors from Pell City High School.
