Anna Fleming

Anna Fleming is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the role of General Counsel, currently serving at Napier Port since March 2020 and previously at Unison Networks Limited from 2010 to March 2020. Prior to these positions, Anna held the role of Legal Counsel at Fisher & Paykel Appliances from 2008 to 2010 and worked as a Senior Associate at Denton Wilde Sapte, specializing in Real Estate, Retail, and Structured Finance from 2005 to 2008. Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Philosophy from The University of Auckland, completed from 1993 to 1997, and is a graduate of St Cuthbert's College.
