Ron Mullins

Ron Mullins is an experienced executive with a robust background in business development and growth strategies across the APAC region. Currently serving as the Head of APAC at Napier AI since February 2025, Ron previously held the position of Head of Growth and Enterprise Sales APAC at Bravura Solutions, where responsibilities included reporting to the APAC CEO and leading strategic growth initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Business Development at IQ Group in Australia and Service Delivery Manager APAC at SunGard, contributing to revenue growth and client service excellence. Ron's educational qualifications include an Associate Diploma and a Diploma in Superannuation Management from Macquarie University and The Association of Superannuation Funds, respectively, along with a Diploma in Business Marketing from TAFE NSW.
